Return shipping responsibility:

If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the issue is caused by our side, NovaNest will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, change of mind, or another non-quality reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
